New Logo, New Batch!

It's been a rather interesting week getting everything established! The website is slowly shaping up and the Facebook page has grown quite quickly to the 100 follower mark. Perhaps one of the newest changes is the evolution of what is to be the sauces logo! It took quite a bit of tinkering but we're rather excited with how it turned out. Hopefully everyone likes it as much as we do!

A new test batch has also been started. The Project Green Sauce has been doing rather well so I wanted to spend some time improving the Project Purple Sauce. It's been a delicious concoction of Blackberries and Habaneros. It definitely packs a punch and is the hotter of the two sauces currently being made. The color isn't what I've been hoping for; rather than a purple it's turning out as a pinkish-red. A new project name will be needed unless the fermentation brings out a more purplish color. The fermentation will take approximately a month and then samples will be ready to be distributed.

Once ready for distributing, we are going to send out address requests to random news letter followerers. Until the batches are perfected, we are going to continue random samplings. If you are interested in receiving a bottle, all you need to do is signup for the newsletter.
